When you upgrade from pre 8.X to 8.X, you are required to run the upgrade checker, which would identify all potential overrides that can affect the behavior of the application. There is an architecture change from pre 8.X to 8.X that required a number of changes in the product, including the Perform harnesses. The upgrade checker would identify these for you and you would need to withdraw your customized version in favor of the OOTB one. A large number of rules have also been made Final, which would also be identified by the tool and you would need to withdraw from your application. If you see the same behavior after taking those steps, please file an INC with GCS.
When we create a new interaction case, Interaction header is working fine. But when we open service case from worklist it is not loading. As per our analysis we observed that D_Interaction page is not loading with the respective customer values and our interaction case is a temporary case.
How can I load customer specific values on D_ interaction page while opening service case from worklist?
Is this occured because of temporary interaction case creation?
Could you please help me in this?

@KAMINENICHANDRAP When you open a service item from a worklist, the header is rendered on the D_Interaction clipboard page. If you have a temporary interaction, that page will be empty and hence the header will as well.
Why are your interactions temporary?
Also, I didn't see an answer to the Upgrade Checker question. Have you run and remediated all the rules that were identified?
