Identification Child Case ID from Parent Case ID
hi,
I have a requirement to Resolve My Case ,
there are two questions about this requirement :1 . Can PEGA OOTB Capture Child CASE ID on CLIPBOARD, when Thread PARENT ID is Active ?
2. When I get Child CASE ID, can i resolve this CASE ID with pxForceCaseClose ?
i'm using PEGA 7.2.1

Hi Ryan,
1) Child case id will be availible on Parent caseID(Check pxcoveredInsKeys valueList).
2) You can resolve child case using pxForceCaseClose activity by checking CloseAllSubCases check box.

Hi,
Child cases are captured in a page list pxCoveredInsKey of the Parent case. You can see them in the clipboard as well.
pxForceCaseClose will force close any case ID passed to it. If you have any Child cases it will close them as well if you pass param CloseAllSubCases.
