I cannot send Email
Hi team.
I'm thinking of sending email from the Pega platform to the outside using outlook.
I set an Email Account from Settings> Integration> Email Account> Email Wizard.
However, when performing a connection test for sending mail, "Obtain transport object" returns "Fail".
The tomcat stdout log contains "Connect to pdn.pega.com:80 [pdn.pega.com/ Proprietary information hidden, pdn.pega.com/ Proprietary information hidden] failed: Connection timed out: connect" Yes, why is the pdn connection to pega.com made? Is it possible to send e-mails without connecting to pega.com?
An error screen and a tomcat stdout log file are attached to the transmission test.

I attached the flow of my Email Account settings as an image.
Since the password was not a mandatory setting, it was not set, but the same error was displayed even if the MSAccount password or AppleID password was entered.

Since I could not find the setting item of "Email / DisableSecuritySTARTTLS" in DDS, I created it myself.
The rule set is set to "Pega-IntSvcs", so the application rule set "Pega-IntSvcs: 08-02" with the application name "PegaRULES • 8" is manually entered.
No change was seen regardless of the value of "Email / DisableSecuritySTARTTLS" set to either "true / false".
I will attach the image so please check it.

The log at the time of the transmission test is a file attached to the question with the name "tomcat9-stdout.2019-09-30.txt".
The one that seems to be applicable is a screenshot attached with the name "stdout_log_screenshot.png".
In addition, the error image is a screenshot named "SendingTest_Error.png".
Is the "debugging information" you are showing different from these?

In the file "SendingTest_Error.png" that you have attached there is a debug information at the bottom. Could you please expand it send the screen-shot.
Also could you please provide the password and then do test connectivity.

You are using an IP address for SMTP host. Could you please use the default smtp host for outlook.
Also please attach the Pega-RULES logs after trying the test connectivity.

In my company's cloud environment, the connection to the outside is blocked, so to use the default smtp host, you must have a firewall set up.
So I want to use the smtp host and port number in the cloud network specified by the information system department.
Is it mandatory to use the default hostname and port number?
