Sending Report as an Email
I want to send Overall report of parent- Child creation in the Email Body in the below Format.
Overall Summary Report Table
Parent Work Item ID
Children Created
Children Failed
Example:
P1

For This I am calling a Report definition which is returning 100 of records. But How can I send this in Email Body in tabular Format.
Any suggestions.

Hi Pooja,
Create a section with a repeating grid sourced with data from the report definition. Now include this section in correspondence. When we send this correspondence, we can get the data we need to the email.

Thank you, it worked .But how can I represent the results in a section in the below format.

Use a Repeating Dynamic layout instead of repeating grid. Repeating Dynamic layout takes a section as input, in which you can give the properties you need to display.

Thanks Ravi for Quick reply.But Design changed,Customers want the values to be represesnt in a atbaular format in Email Body.
Column 1,Column2 ,Coloumn 3
Parent ID,ChildID,No of Childs. with border.
As suggested by You I could achieve that with repeating Grid and Source as data page and referring that in a section in a Correspondence rule.
But how can I have Borders ?
Please suggest.
