How we can optimized already created work object properties in blob to a dedicated column.
How we can optimized already created work object properties in blob to a dedicated column.
Example: Suppose we had an existing work object which had a property say "A" in Blob. Now i want to optimized property "A" with dedicated column in table.
If i optimized the property "A" using property wizard Optimize for Reporting, the value of "A" is not getting copied to newly created column for existing work object and it is giving the value of "A" as null in the newly created column but in blob it has its original value.
Can you please let us know how we can copy blob value for property "A" to newly created dedicated column value for property "A".
We are using Pega 7.4 version.

If you use the property optimization wizard, it would expose the column and populate the column with data from the blob. It may take sometime to run this job. Check the status of job in "Designer Studio > System > Database > Column Population Jobs".
Even the job is succesfull and data is not being copied then there might be some issue. Check the logs and see if there are any errors while running column population job. Thanks.

Thanks for providing the comment , it is working Job was successful and data was not copied due to some blog size related issue. Once we fix the blog issue by increasing the size the data was started getting populated too.
