How to solve pzUnrecognizedFileTemplate error ?
Hi,
I am trying to parse an excel file on 7.4. I use MSOParseExcelFile activity. But it gives pzUnrecognizedFileTemplate error. I even tried to upload the template file itself, but still it says pzUnrecognizedFileTemplate. How can I solve this issue ?

I am using below configurations for file path;
local.filepath = @whatComesAfterLast(pyDisplayHarness.pyFilePath,'\\')
param.FSFileName = "file://web:/StaticContent/global/ServiceExport/" + local.filepath
I can see the param.FSFileName on the clipboard
as file://web:/StaticContent/global/ServiceExport/<filename>.xlsx, which is correct.
But still I get the error.
I edited the log level on the java step of parse excel file activity. There is following error on log file;
java.io.FileNotFoundException: file://web:/StaticContent/global/ServiceExport/<filename>.xlsx

- LogServiceFile.pyOriginalDirectory + "/work_" + "File Listener Name"+ "/" + LogServiceFile.pyWorkFileName

I am trying to upload the excel file on a harness page (clipboard page is pyDisplayHarness) Can you elaborate this more ?

pyFileUpload was not being set. I was using a pop-up harness, after some research, I changed it to new document and also added Container. Now I am able to parse the excel.
