Could you please provide an error screenshot?

Can you confirm When you are getting mentioned error

 While Saving Activity rule or While executing Activity rule. 

 

Note: No need to mention @baseclass when calling SendEmailWithAttachments because if SendEmailWithAttachments is not found in inheritance classes it checks in @baseclass.
