How can I get error icon near all duplicate values in a page list?

I am using  OOTB DuplicateValueInPageList edit validate rule to show error validation on ALL duplicates as soon as one is entered. The error validation is showing for only the recent one. Is there a way to display for all duplicate rows. I need the validation message to come beneath the field to keep the UI experience consistent.
