how to solve my question.
I have Car Details in my data table,i want to display the cars available in my data by using button to check the availability of CAR.while cars available in that it will display details of it.other gives aerror message .how can i achive this .

@sanikantiP8728 Following steps can be followed to implement your requirement.
Layout1:
1. Provide search option to user with source as Car Names data page. This can be Auto Complete or drop down. Beside this specify a Button with display text as "Check Availability". Once user selects the Car Name he will click on Check Availability.
Layout-2:
2. Add one information message below this layout and specify some message like "Selected car is already booked. Please choose different one". Specify visibility condition based on some flag value(Eg:IsCarAvailable==false)
3. Configure OnClick action on the button and do Refresh This section and trigger an activity or DT. In the activity or DT check whether the Car is available or not. If car is available set IsCarAvailable as true and retrieve details from the Source and keep it on separate Clipboard Page or Page property. If not available then set the flag to false.
Layout-3:
3. In the source section where search and button are placed add one more section below that layout and specify the page property and configure the properties of the Car in that section or layout. Specify visibility condition as (Eg:IsCarAvailable==true). Thats it.
If car is available, section will be displayed with details else the information message will be displayed.

Have a drop-down (or) autocomplete which will have source as data page. By using data page you could get all car information from table and display it in UI and let user can select the needed car information.
Have 2 when rules IsCarAvail, IsCarNotAvail.
Have a data page sourced with report definition which will take input parameter the car value which user selecting in UI before clicking button. By using the input parameter you can have your logic in report definition to check availability in table.
Inside IsCarAvail when rule have this condition = @LengthOfPageList(D_FetchCarAvailaibilty[Car_Name:Param.Car_Name) > "0"
Inside IsCarNotAvail when rule have this condition = @LengthOfPageList(D_FetchCarAvailaibilty[Car_Name:Param.Car_Name) == "0"
Param.Car_Name = The car name which user selected in UI before submitting button
Have 2 layout in section and have the when rule configured in visibility field for each.
When IsCarAvail when rule is getting satisfied by using the same data page D_FetchCarAvailaibilty results you could show the needed information in table.

If we are going for this approach no need to maintain any unwanted boolean values inside case and we are fully using data page which will avoid system to make unwanted data base query, only when any input of data page changes system will try to get updated information from dat base..
