How to show the EmailBody display format of inbound emails sent as plain text instead of HTML
When an email is sent as Plain Text instead of HTML, the EmailBody shown using RichTextEditor is not showing as it's sent and seen in outlook. The same works fine if the mail is sent as HTML. How to preserve the format on sending as Plain Text?

There are some Hfix's present for 6.3SP1.
However you could use <pre> tag before sending correspondence from PRPC as suggested by Abhishek .

Can you add a check in your email processing activity to see if your incoming email body contains any html tags. If not, Can you try adding <pre> tag to the beginning and end of your text
