Hi Madhu,

You might want to consider logging an SR for this - but ahead of that - please gather up the following information:

1. Your PRPC version.

2. A System Scanner - showing all the installed HFIXes.

3. An example of a 'good' and a 'bad' email - an '.EML' file is what we need here.

For this last step:

-- If you are able to hook up an email client to your Email Server: for example Mozilla's Thunderbird : Thunderbird - Software made to make email easier , it has the ability to do a 'save-as' of the emails in the '.EML' format. (Outlook unfortunately doesn't allow this option).

And also consider enabling the DEBUG on the class:

com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.services.email.EmailListener
