HTML tags are displayed in RTE - Instead should be displayed as formatted text

When rendering a property(containing HTML tags ) on RTE(Rich Text editor) , it is getting displayed with all the html tags instead of formatted text.

Could you please help us with a resolution for this issue.

As we wanted to display the property again in RTE (with editable option) - we are not using RichTextDisplay Control....But included the below highlighted tag mode
