How to set co-browse session fit content without scroll bars and apply the scroll bar to the top screen, AS it looks too small to the user.
Hi,
I have a requirement where user initiate chat and co-browse session with external users, for this scenario we implemented Chat and Co-Browse as suggested by pega and it is working. we are facing issue with the co-browse screen displayed at the bottom as it is too small. we tried below two approach to mitigate the issue, but it is going into never ending loop. Any solution would be helpful.
- In the portal “CPMInteractionPortalWorkArea”, we have configured to call Harness “CSHome” with “Size To Content” as enabled. This way the Co browse screen fits without scroll bars but, this is triggering some loop which is never ending.

In Pega Customer Service 7.22, the Co-browse launches in a separate browser tab altogether. We suggest you to upgrade to that version. The 7.22 version has many more usability and productivity improvements around Chat and Co-browse.

Don't we have any fix or solution for 7.2.1? we tried to launch the co-browse window in popup window, but on popup, if user does F5 on browser, it is logging out the user and redirecting to firefly admin login page.

Please provide details about the workaround you had done to launch Co-browse in a Popup window. We can most likely help to make that solution better and get you out the F5 problem.

How about configuring the intent task"CACobrowsingSession" as IAC instead of standard?
Override the intent task in your layer , set it up as IAC.
With this approach the main problem of accommodating the screen size might solve , if not we can even try to open to open the IAC gadget in a separate window
