How to send SMS to mobile number (INDIA) from PEGA Applicaiton

Hi Team,

 

We have one customer requirement that PEGA has to send SMS notification and OTP to users mobile number (India and other countries).

I found most of the articles showing content is archieved or content is not available. 

Kindly provide some PDNs to configure the SMS accounts from application on priority.

Hi,

You can leverage the OOTB pxSendOTP and pxVerifyOTP   activities provided by Pega given you are using Pega 7.3 or above.

Hi Dinesha,

You can integrate Twillio in Pega for sending SMS to mobile number.

Thanks for your reply.

I followed those steps as a pre-requirement.

My goal of this SMS integratoin is, I will get the phonenumber from end user when they enters the values in sections.

Once they done with form filling i am sending confirmation notification/ Remind Notification too.

 

How to test the above configuration. Please suggest.
