Hi,

We have a requirement to resume the case always from starting stage. Say case is having 3 stages ( stage 1, Stage 2 and stage 3), customer  reached till stage 2 and left it off. When he resumes the  case  after some time(/days), we want to start from the begining i.e stage1.

We are using pega 8.5, where create stage is the first stage. So unable to do change stage on that as well. 

Is there anyway to achive this behaviour?
