Any better solution to resume case towards Create stage (Initialization) other than moving Tasks from create stage to second stage

Good Day Team,

Any recommendations on how to resume (run on re-entry) case towards Create (Initialization/first/start) stage? as there is no option to resume from start of the flow. 

One possible option is to move all tasks from stage 1 (create: Initial data collection) towards second stage and leave create stage as blank without any tasks. 

Any other recommendation without moving task and retaining under Initialization stage? TIA !!
