How to Restrict creation of new work item in a new tab
Hi Guys,
I have been doing upgrade from pega 7.3.1V to 8.1.3V ,now I am facing a issue like
Issue :I have a button and when i on click a button,its opening a new work item in new tab which shouldn't be while in pega 7 it is opening a work item in the same tab which i need to achieve same behaviour in pega 8
Button Configuration :
i have a button named abc and on click of that button we are calling create work action to create a work object
My Analysis : what i observed on click of that button refresh its not happening
Req : need to restrict creation of work item in new tab and it should open in the same tab itself
Can anyone suggest any fix for this ,

Hi Srinivas,
Could you verify the configuration of the action CreateNewWork?
Have you tried changing the transition dropdown?
You could also enable the checkbox for the "Show in ajax container" and try.

Hi Srinivas,
In create work action after checking Show in a Ajax container, In any section you might need to include an Ajax container to see the effect, PFA below.
