Thread not switching on clicking new tabs

Hi All,

We are upgrading our environment from 7.2.1 to 7.3.0

Issue:

In my user portal customer 360, we have 3 tabs.

When I click the second tab and then i go to 3rd tab, thread switch is not happening.

This leads to cannot render section error. I found the issue is only because thread switch is not happening.

Hi PremKumar,

According the alert message observed in the tracer, it is related to unexpected properties in HTTP request.

Please refer to the PDN articles below which explains why is that alert generated with root cause:

In your case it is Declare_pyDisplay.pyDCDisplayStae.pyActiveDocumentType Parameter that might be causing the issue as mentioned above.
