System creates new thread while launching new Harness

Hi,

We migrated from 6.1 to 7.3.1. While we are redesigning new portals, we observed that system creating new thread for launch of new harness. This causes the few clipboard pages created earlier are not available for current thread. Could you suggest how to create single thread for all user interactions? What configuration changes required?

When you are launching New harness from an action, have you selected 'New document' option? if yes, new document will create a new thread.  Try with other options.
