How to resolve/cancel interaction case from interaction thread ?

Hi,

I want to configure cancel button in interaction case screen for resolve/cancel that interaction with the status Resolved-Cancelled.

Please let me know if anyone knows the solution for it.

What version of CS is this for ? The answer to this question is different depending on whether this is pre-8.1 or 8.1.
