How to resolve wizard object pxW?

We have in the system some old wizard objects pxW (or pxL) that I can't resolve. When I open it from "All Wizards" there are no buttons to save or submit changes. I have option from Actions menu to Update status but without submit button only have close (X).

How I can resolve these object?
