Saving the data before the work object get resolves
Hi
I want to save data on work page before complete the assignment and send the email to the customer, on click of button(Save And Email) i need to save the data and send an email, so in actions tab of the button if i call only save action it is saving but next it should send the email, so i created flowaction to display the email confirmation massage and i gave the pzSendEmail Activity and called in local action, Data was saving but the Local Action is not executing...if i gave the Local Action 1st and then if i gave save then the email is going good but workoject information is not saving....

Have a custom flow action created to be used as local action to do Save & Send Email.
Make use of Pre or Post-processing steps on the flow action to do both before submitting the assignment(to resolution).
