Thank you for posting on PSC.

Pega software download is available as a self-service to our customers and partners. Customers and partners can download them via our Digital Software Delivery page: Digital Software Delivery

Or create a Media Request SR here: My Support Portal 

They would need to ensure that they are linked/affliated to their organization/Accounts. If they aren't already affliated, they need to contact their Support Admins or Pega Account Executives.
