While accessing PEGA DIGITAL DELIVERY link, I am getting message as 'We are currently unable to load your account profile. Please contact your Pega sales representative, or enter a support request on My Support Portal for assistance.'

I'll forward that to the concerned team to find out more. Meanwhile, here's the link to create a Support Request: https://msp.pega.com
When you are creating the SR, please choose the Request Type as Media Request.
Please let us know once you are able to create the SR.

My PDN account is not mapped with organization account. Hence I am not getting options to raise a SR. This is the place, where I stuck :-( .

yes contacted and now my account has been added. :-)
But I could not able to raise a media request.. It is asking for project name, but project name field is not available on screen. Raised a SR for this issue, along with screen shot.
