how to not save CustomerJourney page into CustomerInteractionHistory? be able

We are in need to be able to not save CustomerJourney's page into CustomerInteractionHistory for a "fake" case id. Can anyone help me on how to do that?

Hi

How you are creating or copying the data from one page to other page ?

May be putting a check there and stop before copying can help.

Otherwise, if it is something happening via OOTB code then manually deleting the page using methods like Page-Remove can help.

That is the poblem it is a OOTB functionality, and only using a page remove will not help, because it will be saved on PRPC database tables, this is what we want to avoid, to not save this CustomerJourney(Embed-OMFON-CustomerJourney) into CustomerInteractionHistory(n) (Embed-OMFON-CustomerJourney). Somewhere is the code that save the content of CustomerJourney(Embed-OMFON-CustomerJourney) into the database, this is what we need to avoid. Any help?

I would suggest you to try trace the entire flow and find out where exactly the save is taking place. That can help to isolate the area .
