How to navigate back to the Interaction from confirm harness in CPM ?
Hi,
Scenario:
1. Create an Interaction
2. Open a Service Request from Add Task
* The Service Request locates previously created Service Requests based on some filters
* Will load the matching Service Requests based on the filters in a grid
3. Open a particular service request by selecting it from the grid
4. If the service request is in the Resolved-Completed Status it will open the confirm harness.
In this case i need to navigate back to the Interaction from the confirm harness. Is there a way that i can do it ?

Its not clear from the description, whether you want to go back to the previous service case or member 360 of Interaction.
Can you please post the snapshot of the use case?

Hi,
I'm not sure you still have the this issue or not. If you are looking for an opiton in 713+ Interaction portal, you can try this.
You can customize confirm button and add another action " Invoke Action and configure D_CPMPortalContext.ActiveParentRecent.pyExecute". This can bring up interaction screen and you can configure other action to close the confirm harness. Irrespective of which service case to be focused, with this change focus will be shipfted to Interaction.
