How to map WorkBaskets to operators created from AD (active directory)
Hi All,
We have a requirement to use SAML authentication. Where we will get operator details (e.g. Orgname, Access Group etc) from Active directory. But we need to map work baskets to those operators.
E.g: We have 3 Operators OP-X,OP-Y,OP-Z and 3 WorkBaskets WB-A,WB-B,WB-C
OP-X should be Configured WB-A
OP-Y should be Configured WB-B
OP-Z should be Configured WB-C
So can we do that automatically or Is it going to be an admin task which is a manual step.

May be you can have one sample user created with corresponding work baskets, whenever you want to create a new user with that work basket, you can just save as that particular operator.

You can use EstablishOperator activity else you can call a data transform on D-A-Operatord-ID page in your authentication activity to set all the fields like accessgroup, organization details etc.

Thanks @baigh for your response.
As you mentioned, I can set properties like Access group, Org etc. My concern is related to setting of WorkBaskets. And these Work baskets can vary from Operator to Operator. So I would like to know if there is an automated approach which can be done during authentication process.
