How to let Operator preview and amend the correspondence rule before sending out the email

We have many pre-configured correspondence rule templates, but still cannot cover all the situations. So we decide to delegate the rich text editor to our end user, meaning that the user (not system architect) can edit the email content at the runtime. Is such design feasible with Pega?

Use Property-Set-Corr Method to set the Existing Corr Template values to text Property and Display the property to End User(Use Rich text Editor). Now run time user able to Edit the template and send it.
