How to pass the First Name of the operator in Email To in correspondence rule

Hi All,

I have a requirement to pass the first name of the recipient of the email in correspondence.

 

Like Below:

Hi <FirstName>,

The case is updated.

Thank you.

 

Is there any way we can achieve it.

Any leads would be helpful.
