How to implement/enable CIMS Compliance ECM( eg: OpenText) in PRPC 7.4
My Org is planning to move all the new and old case attachments in OpenText ECM.
Please can you help/Guide me to implement this ?
Basically I want to know more on how old cases attachments will be moved to ECM so that there would be no dependancy of PEGA DB tables down the line.
Performance impact if anyone has already using ECM like upload and download timing compare to PEGA Database VS ECM.

For new implementation, you can follow this link and online help: https://community.pega.com/. Unfortunately for old cases, you probably need to write custom activity to move the case out of the Pega database tables: here are some ideas: https://collaborate.pega.com/question/how-handle-old-attachment-dataattach-table-after-pega-filenet-cmis-integration
In terms of performance, I am aware of several production clients with no reported issues. Obviously you should perform your own assessment once you implement CMIS versus the current DB based attachments.
