How to handle erorr while using ceate case smart shape?

Hi Team,

If I use 'Create Case' smart shape to create a new case?  How to check is that case is created or not?

Hello, 

What sort of error handling are expecting? I guess if it is failing for any reason you will get an error message on the screen. But this shape is just calling activities behind the scene so you can customize those activities to add another type of error handling if you need to.

Hi, 

I hope this is an Automatic process and where will I get an error on the screen?  And secondly, If it failed for some reason. How to handle that error in create case smart shape?
