How the FlowProblems OOTB flow rule works
Hi Guys,
I need some help on FlowProblems OOTB flow rule and how it works.
I guess during case processing if something goes wrong, FlowProblems flow rule is invoked,
I need to understand, what is the best option to navigate this flow in case we want to try and run the main flow again.
is there any PDN article describing this in detail

Thanks for the response. I probably should have framed my question little better. This article seems to not have been updated with the latest changes. Also what does retry and cancel mean, plus is there a way I can simulate the problem flow to retry and explore it myself.
I need to be able to retry my flow in case something went wrong. In the mean while, I found the Landing page which allows me to do that in 7.3.1 (Designer Studio --> Case Management --> Processes --> Flow Errors
I wanted to understand, what is the difference between Resume Flow and Retry Last Step.
Also Are all this actions applicable to the current flow only (Subflow) or the entire case?
Also I get this error when I try Retry Last Step, but the resumeflow works
