Hi ,

We have a scenario wherein we have a assignment is getting processed by an agent . The assignment is followed by a number of utility shapes. The issue is that all them call different services for creation of account . Even if the last utility fails , it rollbacks the flow to the assignment shape for retries . Is there a way this could be avoided this being a very common scenario. This happens only with agent processing. This might be because of the implementation of flowproblems . However we would like to avoid it. Any pointers?
