Advanced Agent is picking access from Requestor Type(PRPC:BATCH)

I have an advanced agent configured and added my Agent access group(include batch role).

Still agent is picking access group from requestor type which is PRPC Agents

Can some help me to correct this..

PRPC Version : 7.1.7

Hi Carissa,

Thanks for your time and reply.

Yes Agent Schedule also shows the configured Access group. But still at run time PRPC:BATCH access group is assigned for requestor.

Hi Madhu,

How did you identified which AccessGroup was used by the Agent requestor ? Do you have anything on the log, did you trace the execution or can you see a failing instance ? Can you share a print screen with the evidence.
