Periodic consolidated emails for Custom Agents and their statuses from a Batch PRPC node.

Hi Team,

Do we have an OOTB or easy customized mechanism @ PEGA portal to trigger periodic consolidated emails with the list of Custom Agents and its corresponding statuses from a Batch node @ PRPC731 ?

Please dont suggest AES/PDC as they can trigger an email alert with a single (not consolidated) agent name in case of status change.

Hi,

This isn't something I've done personally, but at a high level I think it might be doable with a custom advanced agent. 

You could potentially look at how the Agent Management and Node Classification landing pages pull the information they display and potentially mimic that kind of process to get the kind of information you're thinking of.
