How to find failure email id from dsn email
Hi all,
In my business scenario, after creating case, I'm sending a welcome email with 3 or 4 email id in TO, CC and BCC field. I need to know the e-mail triggered is delivered to all recipients.
I created a Email listener with DSN enabled and in the Email Service, I configured the request header and DSN Data as attached. While tracing the email service, I'm not able to find which email id is failed for the email sent. Is the detail will be available in pyInboundEmail page or from where I can get the detail
eg: if we are sending mail with 4 email id and if 2 are failed, i need to know which 2 email id is failed.

simple solution would be follow the discrete approach which will send a separate email for the every recipient in To list, and we can see the data-corr-email instances (1 instance for 1 reipient) with status along with the recipient ID will be shown.

Hi,
original-to is not a data element of Pega. It is coming from the email recepient side.
Try to check the value in that field and compare it with the to/cc/bcc fields of your outgoing email and come to a conclusion.
As for failure with each email id, you will receive a DSN message. Repeat above for each such message under the same thread (Thread-Topic).
