DSN- parseThreadTopicHeader is empty

I find that the parseThreadTopicHeader is empty even after adding Thread-Topic in Requester. Any Suggestions?

Hello

Are you talking about the function which is meant to be invoked directly from the Request Message Header data mapping fields of a Rule-Service-Email instance ?

can you please elaborate a bit about how you have used it and where you are seeing it empty.

Hi Manoj,

It will be great if you could share screen print of your configuration and elaborate on how your testing the same. Also share the sample header information of the email that your are trying to process.
