Service SOAP MyServicePage is empty on tracer

Hello,

I have configured a service SOAP for my application. But when I execute the SOAP service from SOAP UI tool and trace it in designer studio, I can see the activity running correctly and parse xml step is successful however MyServicePage step page looks empty.

Anybody have an idea about this situation ?

Can you run the service standalone from pega and trace and see if you still see the values as blank on the step page. Run and trace from action menu after opening the soap service. Please share the screenshot of service tab in the soap service rule and tracer details if possible.

When I run and trace the service standalone, step page has properties on it which seems ok. However when I use SOAP UI tool, its empty. Also it seems there is an error on response step. I added some screenshots of tracer.
