Connection ID is empty error in Tracer
When the tracer is started we are getting "Connection ID is empty. Please restart Tracer.".
Please suggest the solution for the same.

Which Pega version are you using?
This is a known issue if URL Encryption is enabled.

We know that there is a hotfix HFIX-5913 in the old versions. We are currently using the Pega 7.2 and not sure whether it is taken care in this version of pega.
I checked the release notes but not able to ensure whether this is addressed in 7.2.x or 7.3 versions. IS there a place to find it?

There is no master list of HFixes as far as I believe. If you are still facing the same issue, I would recommend raising the SR for same and Pega will find the correct HFix for you.
