Purge Archive Tool (WorkPool Empty) Error
I am trying to use the Purge/Archive Tool Wizard in PRPC 6.1 SP2. I am unable to proceed beyond the first screen because the WorkPool is empty and subsequently I cannot even proceed to next screen. Any ideas on what is wrong and how I can navigate to the next screen.

Hello,
As per your attachment, it looks like the Work Pool list box doesn't contain any Work Pools to select. Could you cross check if any errors occurring at back-end in logs or through tracer. Until unless you provide the Workpool and Name of your configuration you cant proceed to next step.
