How to enable password change to End Users in 8.5?

Looking to enable password change for End Users once they are logged into application. The only place I can find it it clicking on forgot password on Log in screen. Is there any way to enable password change for users after they are already logged in? Seems like this was an option in older versions of Pega.

What authentication mechanism is being used? Did you  enable Security policies in order to achieve the requirement?

Designer studio -> Organization -> Security Policies -> Enable.
