How do i determine the type of hotfixes that have been installed
I need to review the hotfixes that have been installed in my environment and indicate the purpose of the hotfix based on this legend:
Legend
- Core PRPC engine Fix
- Pega Customer Service
- CTI Fix
I'm looking for a cross reference worksheet or some indicator that may be included in the file that I can match all of the hotfixes I have already installed. This information was not tracked at the time of install so I am having to go back and review all hotfixes. I have checked the readme files, and the download scan results to no avail. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi,
Please follow below steps to get the list of hotfixes installed in the system.
- To go to the Hotfix Manager landing page, click Configure > System > Release > Hotfix Manager.
- Click Scan System.
- Click the Check online icon.
Wait for system to bring results, and then click on scan.
Once the scanning is complete click on Finish, and then under HotFix Details tab go to Committed ones.
Here you will see the list of hotfixes, check Hotfixname and Product column to get the desired hotfixes legend wise.

I have that scan already. I was hoping to find a way to determine what category each of the hotfixes fall into based on the legend provided. I don't see in this scan anywhere that it says those specific categories. This was requested by my leadership, and I am not sure they understand the scope of their request. This may also be due to my inexperience with the application, and the way I asked the question, but I am still looking for a solution. Thank you for your comment though.
