Install hotfix error

Hi All,

I want to install hotfix, but I got this error(on attachment), how can i fix this?

Hello Adrian, 

Thanks for posting your query in PSC :)

From the provided screenshot, I see that you are using Pega 7.2.1 and are trying to install a hotfix(HFix-26564 ) which is for Pega 7.2.0. Try to install this hotfix on a Pega 7.2.0 environment.

Hello Adrian,

As Rincy has mentioned HFix--26564 refers to a hotfix to be installed on a PRPC 7.2 environment.

However the issue is "Modal windows in iPad landscape mode are cut off. They do not display the Submit and Cancel buttons." but already this bug is fixed in PRPC 7.2.1.

Can you try checking if the issue exist by triggering a modal window with Submit and Cancel buttons on the iPad.
