Dear people,

we are running Pega 7.1.9 and want to install a series of hotfixes among the stages Dev, T, SI and P. On the first three stages there wasn't any problem with installing the Hotfixes. Unfortunately, on stage "production" we encountered a problem with the hotfix 25445. After I install this hotfix with the hotfix Manager, the progress bar runs up to 10%, stops and stays in that status with the Information "Your hotfixes are being installed. Please wait..." for hours. Even after 5 hours of waiting, nothing happens. I restarted the server a couple of times (including the deletion of the extract marker file), but the problem is happening over and over again.

The logfiles don't mention any errors or exceptions. The PDN doesn't help me either.

Is the problem described above a know one? Any recommendations how to install this hotfix properly?
