How to display a checkbox in an email
I have a correspondence email rule. I am trying to send an email via correspondence and when the user receives the email I want a clickable checkbox to display in the email. You can do this when creating the email in outlook and it works fine but I've tried inserting a checkbox in a correspondence rule and sending that and the checkbox is not clickable in outlook when trying to reply. I've tried embedding it by copying the checkbox from word (which does work when embedding it in an email created from outlook) and I've tried embedding checkbox using HTML within the correspondence rule. Neither works. Does someone have an idea on this?
