how to deploy changes to pega with out restarting the App Servers for 24*7 running application
Why do we need to restart the app Server after the DB Changes applied or else to that matter how to avoid the restarts after every deployment in PROD ?
Some times even with just the rules deployment we are seeing the caching issue and in that case what's the option to just clear the cache with out restarting the complete app server ?

@satsihch Could you please specify the version of PRPC? I haven't seen a necessity to restart our nodes since we have moved to 8.x.
We have even removed that step from our runbooks.

@Raju_BotuCurrently on Pega 7.4 version and now we are moving to Pega 8.4.6 to Private cloud. You dont see any issues with out the Server restart when you have the DB Scripts executed on the database?

@satsihch Yes Satish, we can see if anyone else gives a different response.
We are on 8.5.5 and have at least 6 to 7 pipelines running and we move our DB changes through Product. We don't have restart step in our pipeline. We also dont restart manually.
I haven't seen necessity to restart my application after deployment or during validation. I am very confident about this because lot of team members don't have access cloud gov to restart the nodes.
