Issue with Pega72 deployment on WebSphere Application Server

Hello,

We are migrating from Tomcat to WebSphere for Pega72. Followed the process in attached guide for WebSphere. We see below issue while deploying one ear and two war files according to the guide. Can anyone please advise.

Error: Archive files is not a valid ear. Could not find deployment descriptor.

Deployed Archives: prweb.war

prhelp.war

prpc-j2ee14_ws.ear

not enough details to help you. If the error was invalid ear, make sure your ear file is not corrupted. OOTB ear should work, add some screenshots to show what you have done so far.
