How to customize ootb views in the constellation
We are using Pega constellation 23.1.0 and we have a requirement to customize some ootb views, such as the case stages and todo.
For example, in the todo view we need to display a custom request ID instead of the Case ID.
Any guidance or suggestions would be appreciated.
