How Customizable is the UI?

I am trying to figure out how customizable the UI can be. For example, can I design and make my application/product look like anything I want, as if I was a web designer? Am I limited? I can't find a straight, not PEGA answer on this. THANKS!

I think there no such restrictions in UI for Pega. You can use custom CSS as per your requirement.
