How to customize the “Add Report” button in “My Report” UI?

I have requirement to load the customize report classes to “Case Type” drop down in “Add Report” button. Pega has given option to include data transform rule in D_pzRBNewReportClasses data page load activity. But data transform rule name is started with “py”( pyRBNewReportClasses) which is already reserved for pega rules. How we can do this customization? If i am in wrong path please make me correct.

py Rules are available rules and can be saved into customer rulesets. Only px and pz are reserved rules which cannot be overridden in non-pega rulesets

Looks like it is not allowing to create rule with name pyRBNewReportClasses. So inorder to create the rule, skip the validation by changing the OOTB rule in private check out. After the rule creation, discard OOTB rule from your private checkout.
